Site Manager / Baumeister (m/f/d)
Richard Atelier curates living spaces — Human-Centered Living Design from Vienna, working between Vienna and New York. We don't design rooms; we design the way people live: from penthouses to villas to executive offices. At the center is a small, precise team with a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- Completed training as Baumeister (master builder) or comparable construction-technical qualification
- Several years of experience in site management, ideally in high-end residential or commercial construction
- Confident handling of construction plans, bills of quantities and schedules
- Driving licence (Class B)
Qualifications
- Precise, solution-oriented work even under time pressure
- Experience coordinating trades and specialist contractors
- An eye for quality and detail — matching Richard Atelier's standards
- Strong communication with clients and craft businesses
