Austrian law applies exclusively, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of performance is Vienna. For disputes with businesses, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Vienna Commercial Court applies; for consumers, the statutory jurisdiction applies.
