Hosting

This website is hosted statically via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; part of Microsoft Corporation). When you access a page, GitHub, as our processor, automatically processes technical access data (including IP address, date/time, page requested) in order to deliver the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure delivery of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further details: GitHub Privacy Statement.

Anonymous visit statistics

Regardless of your cookie consent, we count page views anonymously through our own backend (Supabase, server location Frankfurt/EU). We only record the path accessed, the referrer, the language setting, and a randomly generated session ID that lives only in your browser's session storage and expires when the tab is closed. No IP address or other personal identifier is stored, and no fingerprinting is performed — this count is therefore not attributable to an individual under data protection law and runs independently of the consent banner (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in aggregate, non-personal reach measurement).

Cookie consent, analytics and marketing tools

On your first visit we show a cookie banner with a genuine opt-in choice. Unless you actively consent, no analytics or marketing script is loaded at all (Google Consent Mode v2, consent default "denied"). Only after you click "Accept" do we activate, where configured:

This may involve a transfer of data to the USA; the providers listed rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this purpose. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by deleting the relevant cookies in your browser — the banner will then reappear on your next visit and you can choose again.

Contact, inquiry and application forms

When you fill out one of the forms on this website (e.g. contact inquiry, project brief, job application, supplier inquiry), we process the data you enter (including name, email address, phone number, message text and any files you upload such as photos, a floor plan or a CV) exclusively to process your request. Submission happens via a server function (Supabase Edge Functions, server location Frankfurt/EU) that delivers your details to us by email; for contact inquiries a lead record is additionally stored in our internal system so we can track the progress of your inquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We retain this data for as long as necessary to process your inquiry, or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. once a contract has been concluded).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

To exercise these rights, simply contact us using the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, dsb@dsb.gv.at.

Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy whenever the data processing on this website changes. The version current at the time of your visit applies.
